MSL Salary Ranges







Pay is good. Probably above industry standard. Culture is slipping with growth. More backstabbing apparent and people clamoring to get noticed. More big pharma feel.
 






For sure backstabbing is happening with most throwing colleagues under the bus especially at the upper leadership levels -DM’s-RD. RD’s have their favs and that’s who’s getting more stock, merit, and opportunities regardless of performance. Although, the company will tell you performance drives your career/aspire. Total bs on most of that statement. Performance is a factor, but the favs can get a pass if just mediocre performance vs someone who has higher performance but on he/she isn’t on vip/fav list bc he/she doesn’t just fake like people. Thankfully, i have a dm now who gets it and doesn’t buy into the hype of corporate strategy or try to lead by fear and intimidation. The bigger this company gets the worse I fear will be as we are already turning to big pharma with wat to many meaningless meetings a year to take us out of the field for days to verbalize in a room that’s gonna help me be a better sales rep for a 1.5hr workshop with an outdated pre-call plan sheet that training thinks reps actually use on on every call. Isn’t that what conference calls and working with DM or regular calls are supposed to be for? I’ll be here going on 6 years and there’s been constant change with unnecessary expansions almost every year. More and more reps this year will jump if the company continues to let sanofi have us on a puppet string and driving all decisions.
