Losing sales people left and right. I heard 6 people quit on Friday alone to Acadia. The numbers suck because the RD's could not lead a team of girl scouts. Hey Conrad driving good sales people away how is that working for you. The numbers are in the toilet and 2 new drugs are coming get out now.

We have been losing people left and right since launch. Over half of the launch team left after one year. Many that are leaving now were fillers from the neuro/pysch division or some other division novartis was laying off. This BU is dead and has been for a while, no chance of being competitive. However, the decission makers can care less about being competitive at this point. Now it's about becoming lean on the sales force side and not spending money. Conrad has continuosly shown his evil ways, but nothing will ever be done. Just look at how many lawsuits he is named in, but yet still stays at the top. Just another reason why Novartis is failing.

The KAM director Kathy is a nightmare. She was handed the job with no account management experience. Ask how many customer visits she did as an RD in 5 years that would be none.

Oh, don't worry.... He'll get his. My file is almost complete to take this place to the cleaners..... The most unethical, toxic, back stabbing culture I have ever worked for in 20 plus years....... It amazes me the managers and leadership this place produces. These clowns alone with high turnover, lawsuits, lost sales, unmotivated sales force, screw up after screwup, and Chinese fire drill nonsense has cost Novartis millions if not a billion in sales and wasted operating costs.......

I heard an ex rep from atlanta is sueing Conrad and Novartis. I was told Conrad had his territory shrunk to the point that it was impossible to be succesful. Heard he did the same to some KAM's and then changed the territories back once they left. So, if your territory is reduced, it's time to jump.

Conrad is a loser how does he last with all the lawsuits. I would love to kick his sissy ass. Your numbers suck Conrad because you drove out all the good people.
 




Why are there no law firms rounding up a few dozen people for a class action suit? The tactics have been so blatant, aggregious, and pervasive for the past two years it's impossible for HR to cover a trail like that one. I can think of many ways to verify and several employees who were forced out under carefully constructed professional defamations who can provide excellent documentation. No one wants to be the David taking on Goliath.
