MS Taken for granted as ADU team gets higher salaries

It's really sad when an organization values external employees over internal loyal employees. So much is asked of the MS team who always delivers for the organization. Do the right thing and pay the MS team!

People are your greatest asset so treat them right!

this has been going on for years. Biogen absolutely does not value its employees, and never will

Totally agree, completely wrong! If leadership cared, they would address and correct the issue asap. If their is anything positive to take away from the pandemic it's that relationships matter.

Happy Employees = Higher Productivity = Higher Profits for the organization

I actually did get a good salary to come to Biogen on the MS side and my experience with the company has been very positive except my micro manager who (before COVID) would ride with me every 2-3 weeks. From a few of my colleagues, I can tell you they were compensated based on experience as well. Guess it depends on where your current salary is and what you get offered. I can tell you coming from my previous company, the medical benefits/drug benefit and retirement is the best I’ve had.
