Just in case you are wondering what the direction is moving forward. The new Janssen reps will be the leads on this product. Syneos will have to take a back seat because it is OUR job to insure the success of this project, that is why we are here. We hope you will cooperate and give us the information we need to move forward but it really doesn't matter because we will figure it out. Management has expressed privately that they want Syneos out of the equation within 6 months. Its important we gain footing before the next product launch in the MS field and Syneos just isn't doing it. Mo has expressed great confidence in the Janssen reps to enact his vision, ONE JANISEN, not syneos.

Why is Janssen moving over people from CVM. These people have no MS experience and they literally ruined 2 great products?

Janssen has some of the worst management that I have ever experienced.

Kyle is not a friend of reps. He thinks we sell heartburn medicine and can ask for the next 5 patients as a close. if MS was heartburn that may work. Neurologists hate this primary care approach. Kyle has never challenged the brand team or leadership but points fingers at reps when he is supposed to be their coach and support. Luckily we now have Janssen counterparts and managers that are not afraid of the brand team like Kyle is. Maybe we will finally get what we need.

I just read that Kyle has more to do now than ride with reps and belittle them for not selling Ponvory like a blood pressure pill and wanting 3 patients per day. Kyle, you will now depend on reps so you can get access. You are no longer EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP. You earned this by being the condescending non leader that you are. Keith Palmer is long gone and he was your and sole source of support. KARMA

Not gone but no longer in leadership. He's the new england area thought leader liason. He gets to be measured on weekly reports like the reps he used to treat as subordinates that needed to kiss his ass.
