MS Group:Coaching legend gets fired maybe CM might

If a legend gets fired maybe a legend in his own mind can. Not in any way downplaying the terrible situation at Penn State. But how many court cases and investigations can one person be a part of and survive. Who does he have pictures of?

Everybody above sales reps should be fired. They entire leadership sucks from the key account managers to the directors. What a bunch of useless people who bring zero value. The new orals are coming i would get out soon.

They really don't do anything to generate sales. Remember, hospitals are more and more owned by big health care insurance companies. It really won't matter anyway, can't do anything to generate more sales. They're all probably in their 40's/50's. Their time's a comin! Soon, they'll be laid off. Then what? Then they'll find themselves a few more years older and no new skills to parlay into a new career and it will be difficult for them to find gainful employment!!!! We'll all have the last laugh!

Leadership is the worst everybody wants out. Once BG12 comes watch out game over. I bet they leave before that happens. Off to a new division to destroy with their manage by fear attitude.

It is really not a good division to work in. If the outside jobs were more abundant many people would leave today. The reason the morale was average in 2011 was everyone made bonus. It looks like this has changed. No bonus = no work. Many would take a small package and leave MS. Why would they want to keep people around who want out? Give me 4 months severence as of 1/1/12, and allow me to go find another job outside MS. Let someone else come in, work hard and get treated poorly

Well said it all starts from the top down. I have been with Novartis for some time and I never enjoyed my job less. To many field rides micro management and now no bonus. The turnover will happen just wait till the new year.

Morale average you are being to kind. My Account Manager and ASM call the compliance hot line on each other all the time. Both of them hate the RD she is clueless. My entire region is interviewing nobody is working hard.

fear, fear/threat and more fear/threat, aren't some labor laws aginst this somewhere ? useless incompetant leadership from RDs all the waydown to stupid KAMs. how long can this survive ?

No worries MS group. Our six week course in "Breakaway" whatever course will save the day. We will spend a day and half in Janurary going over this new sales model that will help us relate better to our customers and with our new fancy IPADS we will rule the MS market! But don't let our doctors ask us any real questions about our drug or reimbursement because we can't talk to them about that!
 




Worst division in Novartis by far. I wish I stayed in my old division or better yet give me a package to leave.

In 10 months there will be a new product with a strong salesforce.Management needs to get our salesforce motivated and ready for the fight.Why would management want reps around who aren't happy?There are many who would leave NVS if the offer was right.This would give the new reps 8 months to learn MS and make little bonus.
