MS never sold?? WTF? Why is he director of sales?

Old news.....seriously he is just one piece of the dysfunctional puzzle this group calls TEVA Oncology. Mark E is CRAZY - seriously he is the poster child for a "pharmaceutical sociopath". And joy, joy we get to sell GRANIX - the short acting gcsf. Wait.....we soon will have an expanded label to sell SYNRIBO, I can hardly control my enthusiasm. Cant wait to role play next week in LV - Hey Larry - make me smile, jump to 2014, cut that mullet -you and Jo Dirt are the only ones let flaunting that style.

Employee losses in the West are large. 8 good reps, 1 good manager and another manager going back to primary care where he should have stayed from the beginning. ME will spin the move as a family thing but some people in Pain/CNS have mentioned the manager, "KM" was simply overwhelmed by Oncology.
The guy had a favorite who he put into P-club without numbers and a nothing territory....If that rep "JA" somehow becomes the mgr -4 or 5 reps will quit there. Sad story for the guy who launched out there..totally screwed.

The P-club winners in Texas are an embarrassment and a bad joke....compare to the East..solid, experienced, people who know what they are doing and rightfully received the awards. BB is a good manager, professional and knows the business and does a much better job with his hires.

The rep expertise in the West is so poor, there is only a handful or so who know what they are doing--correlates to their Oncology exp... It's not the fault of those who don't have the know how but the hell bent drive of ME to surround himself with dummy clones for the Teva takeover. Hire Oncology virgins to sell 4 hem drugs...wow! A first for Oncology..Granix should be twice as large....

More departures to come. Soon the west oncology bu will be entirely made up of ex-female health care and respiratory reps. Seriously, that is plenty enough talent to sell Granix. Now that Kelly was sent back to pain with his tail between his legs, ME should have JG be the "interim" manager. Let the NW see what a "real manager" looks and acts like. Lets keep a tally of how many depart in March. I say 10 this month.

Ok...I'm going to go to bat for MS. I used to know him well and we were friends. He was my direct boss and he was great. He was smart; was not a micro-manager; Cared about people personally; supportive, etc. He was all of the things that make a great leader. Then came BC. Once BC came, MS changed...literally overnight. He seemed to only care about MS's career and became almost a mindless, thoughtless, follower of every whim of BC. He briefly tried to straddle being my friend and being who BC required him to be. Then, he fully all out abandoned any ethical, moral, caring, giving characteristics that he used to embody. I really did respect this guy! He has it in him to be this guy again. I hope that he takes the oppty now that BC is gone, to go back to his real self...if that is even possible at this point. I hope he sees this and takes it to heart. I know he will know who I am. Maybe give him a brief chance to redeem himself and see what happens. If it doesn't change, then I was wrong....Again.

Are you crazy? Even if he does "go back to his real self" he can NEVER, and I mean f'n NEVER, regain the trust of the people in his sales team. If he can turn his back on the people he is RESPONSIBLE for once, he can do it again. You cannot turn leadership on and off like a light switch, you either have it or you LOSE it-permanently.

He may have the authority of NSD, but he will never be a leader.
