Mr. Wong Gets away With everything. Why?

He doesn't train new hires
He doesn't direct them and pushes them off to the most convenient sap
He cancels out on ride withs the morning of with almost everyone
He hasn't risdden with some for 6 months and another for well over 1 year
He's been a no show to scheduled events
He's made it clear he is not interested in attending LCD functions

Is he faking ride alongs?
Does he have a medical excuse ?
Is he blackmailing HA ?

What is going on ?
 








It would be great if his manager would look into his PDT track record or ask us what we think
of him. A few years back it wouldn't matter but we need an engaged manager to
develop relationships, take doctors out and care.
The sad part is when he works and is in front of a doctor he's amazing, to get him to work is
the problem.

Please advise !
 












So he is a lazy manager. Big deal. Aren't we all. Get back to work and don't worry so much about we management are doing. We make the decisions and run the ship. You are going on a 60 day plan.
 




Who is JW's manager? He/she is a sleep at the wheel and has no clue what they are doing. Hope they are getting a cut of his real estate commissions. Reminds me of the author of Little Blue Pill. No wonder so many people think pharma type reps are pathetic.
 




Russ is the true manager of the division and has been for years. He does everything
to keep the division in tact which only enables JW. Russ trains and goes above and beyond
to share his expertise in both markets.
He should be paid all of JWs commission and make it retroactive!
 




Please help his new hires. They are lost with no direction.
Text after text with no reply. Emails not responded to. LCD questions
and need JW to join, too busy .

This thread is really sad , you've been beating this drum for months now , front him up or leave already . You look like a clown and coward rolled into one
 




















Curley is running things now with his terrible anxiety issues that he self meds for by drinking to access every dam night then back stabbing and talking bad about everyone . Wong is the least of your issues small balls . Drink until you drop and you won't b a nervous strange weirdo like Ken
