Send OB to a Walmart in Japan. Just note that Walmart is not doing business as same Walmart name in Japan. It has purchased Seiyu, one of Japanese supermarket chain and now Seiyu has become to it's subsidiary since 2005. OB will be a perfect addition to Seiyu.

It doesn't matter. Walmart or Seiyu or whatever yo wanna call it would not hire OB. Even for a toxic work environment such as Walmart, OB is too toxic. His personality creates too much of a headache. OB won't last in any other company besides Eisai because most companies don't have LCs to protects OBs.
