Mr. Naito / HHC

It is a foregone conclusion that many at Eisai will be on the streets soon looking for jobs in one of the worst job markets in history. Some Eisai employees have medical conditions and will soon be losing their insurance to pay for these conditions.

Cobra insurance will surely cost in the range of $1,400.00 per month for these families at a time that they have lost their income. If HHC is truely the vision that we have been told, then it seems only appropriate for the company that launched the vision to do their best to care for those that lived it while employed at Eisai.

As you plan for layoffs across the organization do your best for those that will no longer be employed at Eisai. A big component of HHC is doing what is right and doing your best. As many are put in harms way because of our economic condition, do your best for them.

Those that are left and other organizations in the industry surely notice. An organization's legacy has a lot to do with how their people were treated. Whether those that will be leaving Eisai can do anything for Eisai in the future is questionable. That is not the point. Do the right thing for people regardless of what they can do for you. One thing is certain. If you do your best for them they will know it. Employees that are left will know that in tough times Eisai does the right thing for its employees and HHC will be validated.

This is not about Eisai attorneys and what Eisai legally has to do for severance. It is about the leader of this organization making a decision to do the right thing. Legacies are written during the toughest of times, not in the best of times.

Eisai is in business to make money. This isn't some welfare company. So you think HHC means giving welfare to bad reps?

I would LOVE to know who you are! You are more than likely a rep(or DM) that thinks if they imply on Cafepharma that they are one of the "good" reps, that the executives trolling CP for inside info on the field salesforce will know who you are and assure your safety.

Really good thinking! I can see why you are so good!

I don't think the poster is a rep. I think it is their HR spies that paid to report on "positives" about the company and play the "dumb" routine to get more info.

If they were really interested in just making money they would have gotten rid of LC and the other unqualified long ago. The experiment did not work. They have been giving welfare to bad decision makers in the U.S. for years.

No doubt about LC. If he is not fired then Eisai deserves its sad fate

The guy/girl might be a douche bag, but he/she is right. I don't think it matters good rep or bad...
