Why are you violating my civil freedom of speech liberties? You let some clown post about banging other dudes moms on this platform but you won’t allow for the discussion or approve of posts discussing the racial inequities in ISI’s hiring practices. Why is that? HR must be reviewing and approving these posts. Disgusting, thought as a society we were past this. SMH.

Our moderators make hundreds of decisions weekly. I'm not sure what posts you may be referring to. I see two active threads on diversity on the first page of this board. We certainly will allow discussion of these topics, but moderators may delete posts from these threads when they become redundant, or when they contain racist comments.

this must be a purposefully ignorant csm/csd commenting or a newly brainwashed cta. Saying there aren’t racial inequities in sales org is like saying this company treats women fairly. I know it’s probably a very different beast internal, but most diverse sales people I know jump out of sales asap for another job or internal.
