Read the above , you should be shaking when you do . How many providers that interact with Galderma currently could this apply to ?

Here are the facts :

This very day in the field several Galderma field employees sorted through private patient information just like the article presents . Physicians and their physician assistances ( PA-C) contacted area representatives to help with or complete a prior authorization for a Galderma medicine . This should make the blood freeze in your veins . Speeches are not enough Mr DeBoever.

Today some sales managers either condoned , saw or encouraged field based sales people to violate HIPAA laws .

Time to dig deeper , not all are trangressors .

It might sound like " hello Mr CVS pharmacist I'm Charles from LakeSide Dermatology I'm calling about Mrs Macon who is having difficulty getting product x covered , can I ask you a if you ran the rebate offer for product x " Thing is ' Charles ' is a Galderma representative , not an employee of Lakeside . That is just one example .

Are these some of your top sales performers ? Newly minted managers ? Whole districts ? Like these people or not , it's a clear violation of Pharma code and HIPAA .

Today it happened on your watch Mr . J DeBoever . Question is what are you going to do about it now you know ?
 








DANG , it's true ya'll . I've seen it and it's wrong . Real wrong . My DM pretends it doesn't happen but at meetings reps in corners calling pharmacy with patient info . They want to win at any cost have their name called at national meeting and shake hands with VPs . I'm sick of this crap it's wrong REAL wrong ya'll .

He was told the field sales force is asking to replace Aczone with Soolantra.
Aczone was included in Market Share Data, clearly looking for off label use of
Soolantra for Acne.
Still today DMs are recommended to target those high prescribers
 












Really? If you know all this and you are really a Galderma employee, then why don't you call the compliance line listed on the portal? It's anonymous and we have no-retaliation policy. You are just a schmuck from another company or an ex-employee. Go ahead. I dare you. Call the compliance line. You know you won't, because you don't even know the number and can't get into the portal.

no retaliation policy ! don't make me laugh , u turn someone in and suddenly RSM are racing around to cover their ass . they find a way to fire ur ass before garbo lands at their door .
 




open ur eyes it's not just one or two people , it's promoted by managers who did it when they were reps . whole districts are pulling this nonsense , daily ! current employee or ex employee ask around it's bad . re read the post and follow the bread crumbs , some award winners there reckless care less about pharma code and policy , time to stop stating policy and start enforcing it .
 




I think this is about to explode . I'd start with interviews in Florida and Illinois . Manager driven ? Certain representatives known even open about this practice ? Recently promoted ?
 












Examples should be made . Management and or representatives should be fired , this behavior can never be condoned . I have a strong feeling some employees are quaking in their boots. Don't kid yourselves though this goes up to regionals level.
 




With the most recent re alignment most of you will be gone in a year or so. It does not matter anyway. You will have no product to sell and can be replaced with at recent college grad student. Dust off those resumes old timer.
 












Arrrr some of the newest managers , in the last nine months :cool: ? Can't be a big list . I can think of a couple who were open with their ideas on getting scripts filled . Wonder if that is how they coach their people seeing it made them successful :p
