When I walked in and saw him parading the "Thank Me" shirt I was floored. If I was wearing that I would not expect to be here today. And here is not good. Maybe that was the reason.
 






How did he want to be thanked???? Is this not a MAN telling a woman to "Thank him"?
Did MANagement see the shirt? Typical non reaction by Shire MANagement.
The guy is a dinosaur, time to become extinct!
 






Interesting post: I came here tonight to see what anyone new about our future or if will are all canned on Thursday's call. I was in SD and was blown away by this. We all do stupid things on the fly but this was not spontaneous. This was calculated and premeditated. He went to a lot of trouble of having this shirt made. Spent time composing some crazy poem. He put a lot of thought into this claim that he alone was responsible for the RD and the other rep winning the Presidents Trip. This is a total gaff that was just laughed off by the management team. Justice would be that PC winning rep finds a new opportunity at Shire and this guy finds a retirement home.
 






Bunch of IDIOTS:
Two kinds of successful reps:
Reps that actually produce consistent excellent numbers.
Reps that say they are excellent despite the facts or behavior.
Consistent good performers who are work horses but do not self promote will always be losers. Keep crying or join one of the above groups.
 












UPDATE! Mr. Bombastic has just accepted a job in the ADHD group 1000 miles from his home! They agreed to let him commute to work every week from CA to NM on his own dime! He convinced management he will fly to NM on Sunday night and fly back to Los Angles on Friday night and they agreed! Does anyone else have this flexability? Can I cover Hawaii from my home in Nebraska? C'mon! When will the BS stop!!!! WTF!!!!
 






Fucking idiot! That is only 700 miles! Get your facts correct! Guy must have dirty pictures of someone........ My RD insisted I move because I was 23 miles from my nearest zip code. Total BS on ZD's part to authorize!
