MP Is Not Aware of Everything That Goes On

Management is quick to always quick to blame MP for everything but I recently became aware that he had zero knowledge of a situation that management was stating that he was aware of for the longest time. When MP finally did find out about the situation--he resolved the issue in a matter of minutes.

Just know that I used to believe management's constant blaming of MP for everything but I think many decisions are made at all levels of management without MP's awareness despite what management may say. Management may not want to sometimes take the steps to resolve a situation for whatever reason so managers may be quick to pass the blame up and just hope that reps never find out what exactly has happened.

I can't elaborate but I had a specific territory issue that was impacting my sales and bonus. My manager and regional would repeatedly blame MP as the reason why the territory issue could't be resolved for close to a year. I finally spoke to the right person who let MP know of the territory issue and everything was taken care of in under an hour with MP's personal involvement. But, it really was obvious that MP had zero knowledge of my territory issue until it was personally brought to his attention right befire he resolved it.
 


















I know this is off topic but.... did the company really think having the fucking daughter of MP talk to us right after fucking over the sales force with the new ic plan was a good look? Like fuck the sales force but let my daughter talk to them?? I’m disgusted working here
