As reps who are new to this game...I mean industry...who are in that 20-30 yo range, mortgage, kids, etc., pay attention this this number to get the true read on the prospects for Movantik:
If new starts do not translate into monthly refills on a consistent basis, that will be the tell tail sign that docs and pts. alike do not see this as a QD drug. PRN only.
That's my bet on how Big Mo will be used. You can chop those long term sales projections by 1/5th at best.
