Take what you think it is, and what other companies pay for similar roles and add them together... Divide by 2 and then take that amount and subtract 40% and you'll be in the ball park.

Your base will be a minimum of 30-40k less than what other companies are paying “specialty” reps. Commission/Incentive at 100% is another 20-30k less than other companies and it is capped. Also it’s very unlikely you will actually hit 100% as the forecasts are typically waaaay off. If you’re looking to break into the industry or get your first specialty role then go for it, but if you have a good amount of experience look elsewhere!
