Currently in the interview process and cant get anyone to tell me the base + commission. Can someone shed some light please as far as expectations? thanks

Take what you think it is, and what other companies pay for similar roles and add them together... Divide by 2 and then take that amount and subtract 40% and you'll be in the ball park.
Your base will be a minimum of 30-40k less than what other companies are paying “specialty” reps. Commission/Incentive at 100% is another 20-30k less than other companies and it is capped. Also it’s very unlikely you will actually hit 100% as the forecasts are typically waaaay off. If you’re looking to break into the industry or get your first specialty role then go for it, but if you have a good amount of experience look elsewhere!
Primary care expect anywhere from 70-150 150 Is the top s3 and they only hire in at S3 at Lilly. But S3s can start at 110. If you’re not quite senior yet expect 70-100
