Looks like he chased another RBM off this week. Has his entire original team left at this point? What was the West area rank again? Poor leadership. He should be fired and replaced.

Are you kidding? He is so awesome that GR is taking him to the Summit trip that he didn’t earn. I wonder if they withheld his equity award for being below the top 75% every year. Rules and rankings don’t apply to the ASDs.
 




I was considering interviewing for the new build out. I dont know the name of this manager, but hope it’s not the one I’m considering taking an offer with. Otherwise, how’s the culture there with a great manager?

I don’t know this manager either. I have a good manager and RD, but the culture here sucks. I along with many other are looking for other opportunities outside of this poorly run company. Most of the reps here have joined this company out of desperation. ITCI could never recruit good reps from other companies because it already has a bad reputation. Stay far away from here if you. Look elsewhere unless you are desperate too. Then come on board, but continue to look elsewhere like the rest of us.

Are all the original managers, and some of their replacements, gone at this point? Not a very good sign this early in the launch of a new product and company.

We watched our peers get PIP and fired for rankings. Not because they weren’t working hard or because they cheated on expenses. Just rankings. GM led the way pushing good managers and reps out the door in our area. And he is always last in the ranking. His conduct and performance are awful. He should get the same treatment he gave us.

Rumor has it he and Georgie are besties, but at this point it’s hard to blame the company. The information about the western leadership debacle at ITCI is common knowledge and a bit of a joke. Executives laugh about GM’s leadership all the time when they discuss turnover/results/morale.
