They will tell you that the coupons are expensive and that they have a negative affect on our stock price.( Funny how the stock price has gone up to $100. )They also think that there isnt any competition left and love to make trite comments like " we are in it for the patients". When a patient doesnt have acess to a physical coupon in a bad economy and sales representatives get visual aids that havent changed since the gw bush administration, only makes me believe that they are too dumb to realize the value of the coupons, or they don't give a shit. You figure it out. This company has become about as motivating as a gangbang with zig zigler, Stephen covey and Jerry a cuff.

The flagship product gets coupon recalls and now inadequate shipments to coupon even a whole territory for a month. Absolutely brilliant Shire keep screwing the docs, patients, and your reps out of the best resource available... But hey we will always have those intuniv teleconferences reading off the PI right??

This could be the most dumbass response yet. If what you say is how yo feel, then step down! Please name one thing the vyvanse brand team has done in the last 4-5 years. We are still selling duration, 10, 2, and 6 data and side effects. Now you want to respond that tier 2 is the reason for no coupons? Vyvanse has been tier 2 in many areas for years. On a global scale, tier 2 has cost this company about as much as that Christmas gift shire paid for this year. You should be ashamed that the focalin xr brand team is running circles around you guys. When you go into an office on a weekly/biweekly basis and bring nothing but a smile, stale data or even better, a RD every 4 weeks, coupons add a little value to my job. It also helps compete with the generics. However, we must not forget that we do not sell coupons, we sell the safety, efficacy and tolerability of vyvanse. So look in the mirror homeboy and recite the definition of excellence...you seem to have forgotten it.

What a clueless tool you are. vyvanse is tier 2 in my state and the copays are still 50 plus most of the time. This is not 2008 anymore...

Awsome, but you forgot to spin this so someone could say it was their idea and claim recognition for it, reap the benefits, and get that raise. Oh well, were screwed now since it only benefits reps, patients, and our docs!

Agreed. Sad that daytrana, fxr, and even kapvay in many areas have more vouchers in our offices. I remember when this used to be THE adhd support comany years ago. Second most importance resource? I suppose not anymore if the trends continues.

One of the saddest regressions from years past really is the Vyvanse brand team. Im sorry but AXR days make todays Vyvanse team look like they do not have a clue and have totally and completely forgotten what is important. I know there are additional compliance and regulatory challenges today but wow the apple has fallen far.

Brave? No. We are all cowards now. If anyone is "brave" enough to suggest we use common sense or suggest we get back to the things that made this company great we will be seen as disengaged and not on board with the plan. So, we smile, nod, and pretend.

While I do still love Shire and am grateful to have my job all these years, some of us still want to sell without handicap. Some of us still pride ourselves in wanting to make a difference in patient lives. Some of us still want to bring value to our docs. Some of us aren't and never will be satisfied with less than excellence.
