More reps leaving?













The company sucks, the stock sucks, the markets they play in suck, management sucks, pipeline sucks, CEO sucks. Additionally, they treat employees poorly. What are your questions?

WHERE ARE THEY GOING TO GO? The notion that "anywhere is better than here" is not necessarily true. MDT is threatening layoffs. STJ is going to expect you to actually sell something for the moeny you bring home. With Boston - NO ONE expects anything from you. This is particularly true if you're still in one of the few remaining BSX strongholds - those customers see you as innocent victims of your company's transgressions. Its free money - you all have to be way beyond any moral qualms about taking it.

Just stay where you are.

You dont want most of the people who left in crm. They were the ones who were bringing you down ethically. Take a look. Most went to either Bio or STJ, a couple to ELA. Bio and STJ jumpers were following out of loyalty to managers and distain for the changes in the way they could do business. The Bio people were lured by money and the opportunity to continue their slimy ways of doing business, while STJ jumpers it seems was more loyalty and to BSX management and realization thet the incoming management has no clue about traditional crm coming from a vascular background. BTW, thats done on purpose to end the crm culture aka slimy and too empowering to eps. MDT has it right and 50 percent market share.

You dont want the defectors and at least one company will reap the consequences of selling out the company to get BSX crooks.

Can you be more specific? Can you please tell me what programs that these BSX crooks and Management have been stopped since the new team has taken over?

I believe you still do:

Dinners with customers and staff and then just add headcount to keep it under the $125
Training with Implanting EP's that sometimes exceed 50 cases with one rep.
The famous speaking agreements with any physician who either implants or influences cans.
The famous 5th phase study's with all of the same old cronies that continue to use this product line in the face of over 20 recalls.


Please share some of the changes at BSX so that we may all be enlightened.
 












Why not leave CRM? The days of $400-500k+ reps are territories are pretty much gone

Well I can tell you that since I have left - I've made more money, being "on call" doesn't exist in my business, pretending to influence "referral docs" doesn't mean squat and isn't necessary, and I get to see my family every day within normal working hours (depends on if that means something to you or not)

All because I left CRM...
