Low compensation Severely understaffed (5 positions open in manufacturing at the time of this writing) In 1 year 37 out of ~80 employees at site left. HIGH turnover rate. HR is a nightmare to work with. I was told I am "not allowed" to see company policy I asked for. Similar stories of dealing with HR were told to me. Corporate based in India has no clue what day to day operations look like at the facility. Expectations for projects literally no possible. Manufacturing and engineering problems more often than not. Nothing runs smoothly. Not incentivized at all Raises and promotions are based solely on seniority and budget. Weekend work and outside normal business hours VERY common. Work/Life Balance is poor Poor PTO

Sounds like Billerica, which has become a genuine ghost town. The heads of Manufacturing, Quality and Sales all left within months of each other. No engineers to repair broken equipment, few products to sell. Behold the fruits of cost cutting and treating employees like dirt, all predictable.
