During a meeting with the FDA on May 20, 2011, representatives from AIBioTech committed to working diligently over the next 30 days to submit a plan for performing studies to support Sports X Factor testing, which will ultimately provide results to the FDA for evaluation and subsequent augmentation of section 201(h) of the Federal Food Drug and Cosmetic Act.
Since when does the activity of "working diligently over the next 30 days to submit a plan for performing studies" constitute "wrking with the FDA"? Yet another poorly executed attempt to intentionally misinform and mislead people into thinking that the company has an implied or expressed endorsement by the FDA.
