More Layoffs at Pernix! It's so sad when the upper management team can't even buy one product worth a shit. They are a bunch of dumb ass rednecks from Texas. Arrogant ass holes. They don't do the research on the product, competition, or market before they enter another bull shit agreement. Then they blame the sales force for not being able to sell it. Maybe if they would get a clue, we would have products worth a shit. The stock is falling as it should.
 


















you let a really good rep go because some 3rd party company told you her territory was "too small." BS if you ask me. If you idiots knew what you were doing, you wouldn't need a 3rd party company to come in a cut territories TWICE nor would you need a 3rd party company to tell you how much to pay on commissions. All this wasted money could have been spent on retaining some of the good reps you let go. dumbasses

News flash.........there is no third party. They are just saying that to pass the buck and buy time. This company is too cheap to hire a real third party to do this. If anyone else would have been involved then there would have been one set of cuts when they merged the companies. Every day I'm more amazed at the incompetence of these idiots leading us. Whether you liked CS or hated him, that guy knew what he was doing and he always communicated with us. Not so much JJ. That guy is in way over his head and doesn't know what he is doing.

Oh well I'm outta here soon. Already accepted another job. Just gonna ride this thing out for awhile and milk these fools til my training starts.
