Make it like cafepharma, but for different industries: over the years we’ve had suggestions for creating a site similar to cafepharma, but for different industries. Now there is a place. Check out CompanyUnderground for company forums in other industries. Don’t see a company? Request it here. Let your friends and family outside the pharma/medical sales space know they now have a safe, anonymous place to talk.
yeah, what else is new. Next...PM at mid-year is the beginning of the end. Even if it's not warranted the managers are 'encouraged' to give it to at least one person in the division. Makes it easier to determine who will be displaced. All about legal and who sucks up the best. True performance is not even in the mix with some DMs. Sham.
Totally agree. I've had a very similar experience and so glad to be away from such a dysfunctional, toxic, environment. Yes, GNE is not All That in the minds of other companies and accounts. Maybe many years ago? If you're unhappy make a change. The lay off has been the best thing to happen to me in a long time. Found a job paying a lot more. The people are nice. Products are good. There aren't 7 Genentech people in my territory. When you talk, they listen and you aren't frownd upon or looked at as negative. Managers manage and aren't afraid of the back stabbing RSD's. I'm in the SE and this is a breath of fresh air. Also, it's weird how you hear other companies laughing about Genentech, sad, I never knew.
Heard the same assessment.the prevailing word is that getting rid of the higher salaried sales peeps to replace with lower priced rookies will be the norm here
