You think there is $24 Million in cash? No way. Maybe $3 Million. Dont believe everything they say. Less than 3 months left for bankruptcy. Delisting clock starts on Monday.

For delisting, price should be $1.96. Today it is $2.85. 31% decline? I don't think so. Maybe -21% on Monday, and -10% on Tuesday. So Tuesday is when delisting starts...Bankruptcy will be by year-end.
