I hope everyone understands just how bad this is about to become. Antitrust lawsuits have multiple layers, The Dentist case was not the major one, the end user cases are huge and are just begining to be filed. Patterson Management is not only guilty of collusion(per the FTC), they may be the biggest idiots on the planet,( Next to Benco)
There are new suits that have been filed in California and many other states are coming. There is no way Benco will survive these new suits, gone in 1.5 years my prediction. Schein is slashing and burning trying to get funds available for what is coming. Time to leave and start your own business or get out now why you still can. Watch and wait if you don't believe.

Very well said. There are 2 idiots that are still there however. One is a non entity and the other is Rogan. How can little runt still be in a corporate position? It show just how dumb the new regime is by keeping him on board. Throw him to the sharks and let them use him as an appetizer. There is potentially some truth to this above post. If you notice, none of our executive team is "insider buying" right now. Keep that in mind when participating in CAP or ESP. Max out your 401K and sock away some of your check into other investment vehicles. This advice rings true for any situation, not just this one. Always diversify.

CAP was canceled by way of a corporate email last week to those who historically participated. Not enough people were buying discounted shares anymore to warrant the cost of administering the program. From the ground level, the notion of collusion seems utterly ridiculous. I fight and compete every day in my territory and every other rep does as well. As for the executives across companies having an informal elevator agreement to not participate with buying groups or boycott state dental societies who allow and encourage internet sales outlets to exhibit at their bullshit shows, I just don't think there is anything to it. The industry is being ravaged by parasites in the forms of private equity and discounting. Customers are convinced we've been fleecing them for years and fallen victim to group think when it comes to loyalty or appreciation. All the while working 4 days a week, driving a Mercedes, and spending 10 days in HA for the ADA complaining about how bad we are.

PDCO will survive this.
