More departures in Surgical

A whole bunch of people left surgical to work for Frank Shields. 1 Drirector, 2 RBDs and a few well respected reps. When will JL, BH and AC get their S--T together. People leave managers not the company.....

A lot of good talent left this week. Hopefully we'll be able to recover quick and move forward so others don't follow their lead and leave.
 






There is no one useful or necessary in Surgical above the manufacturing facility level. All of those senior managers, directors, and vice-presidents, replace them all. Better yet, eliminate those positions altogether. Bausch is getting way too top heavy again. We never seem to learn our lesson about that.

The director is a criminal, Frank better hope the leadership at RVO doesn't catch wind of this or they will drop all of them before they even start. Let's see how loyal these people are once the feds come knocking!

Hello US Sales team, that is simply not true! If BH and I weren't here who would tell you that we just spoke with a Surgeon that knows some other surgeons and if you add up all their business together over the course of their lifetime it equals a billion dollars in business. Yes, that's right we have a chance at winning a BILLION dollars in new business! Keep up the great work!
