who cares? I’d be more concerned with leadership experience than Managed Markets experience. Leadership is what we are short on not therapeutic experience or knowledge

Who from Astellas has landed there? I know myself and MANY other reps etc are trying to get outta that toxic hell hole!!! I'm sure Jim will only bring the good ones, a lot of worthless bodies have taken over Astellas, I'm sure that's why Jim wanted out himself. Good luck to you guys!

The situation at Astellas home office is very toxic, but they are all protected. They don’t lose jobs or get fired. Everything out of home office is negative. They have created a very cutthroat environment. Jim was not like this, but he was losing control towards the end. It has become a wait and see what happens during your year end review. It’s a terrible environment. Consider yourselves lucky.
