The IDD Unit has been restructured... The profits have not been even close to expectations. December will tell the story. The division will be all 1099 paid; which will give all reps the opportunity to make money... Management will be gone and training will be the focus . Hang in there if you are a csc ; as all district and regional management will be eliminated.It is a step ahead as all profiles will be paid on a fixed sum... Thank you J.B. We never needed M.Z. and her late arriving Mercedes to conduct our meetings and essentially our livelihood.... Hang on we will make money again.!!!!!!!!
