Heard that the whole leadership team over in Ag has pushed out most Bayer people and installed the Monsanto goons who put us in this spot. Great idea Bayer to promote the people who are responsible for this mess.

That is the Bayer way. Its already happened in US Pharma. The people responsible for the failed Kerendia launch are now running the show for all other products. Incomprehensible. Career pharma people still operating in 1990's mindset. DSO is only being used for trivial processes to show they are using it, but they are still operating in hierarchy and it's destroying the culture here at Bayer.

Hasn’t this been the case in all divisions. The horrible decisions have started from the top downs we are all screwed. Our terrible trajectory has been a direct result of our top leadership decisions. All bad and misguided. RIP Bayer
