No. Our quota system is a joke and we can’t get the numbers home office wants. Our pricing change is crushing moral and volume. Our pipeline is dried up (minus one acne product that will be decent). Our flagship product, Aklief is flat at best and that was before we increased the price. Do not come here unless you want to sell a 5% BPO for $110 and make minimal commissions. Just ask the hiring manager how much of your company’s sales force is new (under 6 months) to Galderma.

Stop thinking about it....RUN! We get paid by ridiculously unattainable quotas that most people don’t make and then the company will make “adjustments” to ensure they pay you as little as possible. If you have a good resume go somewhere else.

On paper and in theory the plan looks very attractive. In reality it is unattainable through ethical business practices. This company is rotten to the core. Look elsewhere.
