Another great example of a lousy idea done for the sake of doing something that hopefully will impress someone above. I cringe every time I have to listen to one as I feel like I'm being treated like a child. I'm told I must work harder for the benefit of Merck so my family, friends, neighbors will see the pride I take in working for Merck. If we have to be telling people to work harder, it's a sign of how weak we are. Gag.

Work harder colleagues. Work harder. We have no choice. There is no other option. We must. We must. Our management has faith in us. They know we are the right people, in the right place, at the exact right time, to get the job done. For if we are not, can the threat of a PIP be far behind?? Sure, we'll have decison tools, spreadsheets, and skillbuilders to support us, but in the end colleagues, it is up to us. All of us. I know I am motivated. I hope you all are too.
