Can anyone please share the day to day responsibilities? The compensation package seems attainable. Are reps in your company making good money? How's the Quality of Life? What about management? I've asked for contact info so I can talk to current sales reps. I'm still waiting for the OK. How well are the products received by customers?

(1) You won't be the first of these hired-- ask what happened to the last ones...
(2) Ask to speak with former sales reps to see if their products sell-- you won't be disappointed if you expect the worst...
(3) Look carefully at the competition and then determine if you have A GHOST OF A CHANCE of succeeding in thsi position.

Horrible leadership. The manage by installing fear in the reps and then micro managing them to death. The reason they haven't given you the name of a rep to call is that there is no one that can say anything good. PBS can't evern get a KOL to speak on their behalf. How many companies have you worked for that do not pay their reps on the day they are supposed to? They are supposed to pay their reps on the 21st but usually gets pushed back 3-4 days. They have bonuses that they still have not paid from Sept. and Oct. Most reps make an average of $750 to $2,000 a month...maybe.
