The funniest thing about the call today was DW said it would not be a good thing to post changes on social media! Sounds like censorship. AbbVie no longer respects the work of the sales representative. MLS, access specialist, IAE, DM, Senior Manager have long term incentives. Leadership has forgotten the process starts with Reps. Stay quite and don’t speak up because they will replace you. It is real folks.

mgrs got 10 to 15 k target payout increases. guarantee IAE similar

this is likely strategy to increase attrition at rep level.

moving to msl IAE model. short sided as MSL and IAE only get apts set by the reps.
