Does anybody know if will Novartis let us keep our existing cell phones and we pick up the bill, once we're let go?

First - you need to have ported in your number when you first received your phone. Second - you need to get approval from Brian Goff to take your number with you. Both need to be true to make it happen.

If you ported your number to the Nova phone, that number is now owned by Uncle Novartis. You won't keep the phone or number.
