MNK reps cut this Fri

I'm positive I will be cut this Fri and I'm Mallinckrodt. Please tell me there's a severance for those cut? I was never put on a PIP even though I was under 60 RXs. I'm worried I won't get a severance...any real responses are appreciated. I hate what we all are going through.
 


















So what happens to the MNK rep who hasn't made the 60 prescriptions by the end of September, but who was never put on a PIP? Are they going to axe those people? PIP them? What?
 






Today on the Inventiv call they made reference to downsizing of MNK reps to go along with the elimination of contract reps and did say top performers may be hired on with MNK
 






This is true. That is exactly what they said on the call. The whole situation is unfortunate and I had such high hopes that this would work out. I wonder if your managed care dept, hr, marketing will also be affected? This was poorly managed on all levels. I would be surprised if only sales is affected.
 






If you were not put on a PIP, it was because your manager tried to protect you (good d boy system) and was not consistent with the cultural hallmarks of the company (what a joke). That means that now, you will just be let go and the reason will be that I tried to save you (this is where you thank them for their consideration, because they were trying to do you a favor), but you just didn't perform up to the level we required. Wait a couple of weeks and see what contract rep. gets your spot!! When are they going to let the under performing managers and RD's go, along with the dead weight in the home office like C.K?

Maybe CK should start stalking the surgeons in the parking lot like he demanded we do! That might help!

Ok, you are saying that a rep that had 30 by the end of August, but not 60 by the end of September and NOT PIPed yet can be let go tomorrow? There is nothing in writing. There were verbal notifications of the 30-60 rule for Aug and Sept but PIPs went out in August for people who chose not to take severance. I know several who may not have gotten 60.
 


















I know! That is why the August displaced reps should sue. To come up with an arbitrary number of 20 by some July date was ridiculous. Then if they don't PIP or sever on 60 by Septembers numbers, it only makes the basis for a lawsuit even stronger.
