Three mistakes you should never make at your workplace.

Number 1. Never think your colleagues are your friends. They are not. They are just doing a job when push comes to shove they will save their skin and push you under the bus!

Number 2. You should never reveal your personal life to your colleagues. Don’t tell them your plans your investments or your next big move only a fool reveals secrets!!!

Number 3. When you disagree with company policy never share it with any of your colleagues. Keep it to yourself. Anything you share with your colleagues? Can and will be used against you! Especially if your colleagues are female they are seriously the most likely to stab you in the back because their feelings are more important to them than the “Code”! They will never understand the “Code”! as they are not capable! This is why women do not belong in leadership positions and are intimidated by strength and knowledge! Remember these three points it will serve you well!

The assumption they got lit up is probably not correct. The assumption more likely is that they were gaslit by fellow colleagues and management and then backstabbed because there’s no leadership at this company to ever think that they actually had enough moral compass to actually create a culture that would be supportive and motivating to employees. Basic leadership concepts create a positive environment and if you create a positive environment, people generally are not going to badmouth the organization and leadership, but quite honestly there’s not a motherfucker in this company that has a moral compass.

Would telling the viv team to stay and not quit and they will get a retention bonus and then not give us a retention bonus be considered gas lighting?

The three biggest gaslighters are Shane, Adam and Glenn.
 






Oh, there’s some better ones. I’m sure it’s the quiet ones that are the worst. The ones that show their true colors behind curtains yet step out on a stage and become somebody completely different. I am sure everybody can identify with who those people might be.
