The list is endless...but here are few just to mention. They treat they're employees
like trash. As soon as they don't need you they dump you. Once they place you on
a contract you have just devalued yourself. They will promise anything to the manufacturers for a buck. They would have employees prostitute themselves if they could find a legal way to do it. Every contract they put you will pay less. They constantly remind you that times are tough and aren't you lucky to have a job. So what if you
are covering half the state and they cut your pay...If you don't want this job recruiting
will just hire another big pharma cast off. No motivation...no incentives....this is just
a dead end experience with no perks or positives....stray animals get treated better...
Somehow you will miss the review dates. Inventiv also has a bad habit of keeping bonuses at the end of the contract or giving a pay out that isn't even close to being reasonable. Then the put some moron on the phone that tries to justify why they just screwed you out of your money. If you complain about anything to anyone you will be blacklisted.
The recruiters are famous for lying about size of territory and length of contracts. On top of that they are the biggest assholes and bitches on the planet. Last but not least
after a contract collapses because of poor management decisions you won't hear from
recruiting or anyone else for that matter. Go to any other company but this one. Shovel
dirt, sweep floors simply do yourself a favor and stay away from these scum balls. Take
it from someone who got a really close look at these idiots....Oh by the way they kept
$10,000 dollars of my bonus money.

The family that owns Mission is so backwards it isn't funny. Peter Griffith should be their president. Stewie should be the VP. I really wish there was something that could be said as a positive but, there just isn't anything. Good products makes it even sadder that there is nothing positive about these people at Mission.

Why so mad? Personally I cant wait to see the slimy smilers at the meeting. I wonder which one will be my roomate? Don't u think its perfectly acceptable to have roomate? Im not sure what is worse the 3 page description on how to dress for a meeting or the roomate thing. Are u my parents or my employer

Sadly, my employer for now but funny comment, what does anyone make out of the fundraising shakedown? Ask my offices for cash are they kidding?b
