Here’s a fundamental issue:

People can’t leave. And that’s why they complain so much.

Sun has done so much damage to its reputation that they can only get very marginal performers to join the company. So when your employee pool can’t get other employment, they stay and *itch on CP.

You get what you sow.

Regardless, and I have no skin in this game, I know first hand that after 12-18 months at Sun, you are looked upon as part of the problem by recruiters and Pharma industry.
If you want to talk about interviewees seeing right through - we’ll, perhaps many who interviewed with FL and ST wished they had those clairvoyant skills.
