Thoughts on the culture and hiring managers for this expansion? I’m a little concerned that the hiring manager for the pacific NW was a former Gen Med manager at Takeda, basically a primary care, sample dropping role.

Gove up now she has already promised jobs to takeda reps eventhough conducting internal interviews. They will fail as bad as the neuro diagnostic consultants. Another outside hire of manager in the west who is also bringing her failures to eli lilly
