Plaintiff Millennium Laboratories ("Millennium"), a national, researched-based medication monitoring company specifically focused on clinicians who treat chronic pain, brings this Verified Complaint against Defendant Ameritox, Ltd. ("Ameritox"), the provider of RxGuardian pain medication monitoring system (the "RxGuardian system"), for repeatedly engaging in false, misleading and unsubstantiated advertising designed to incorrectly lead consumers into believing that the RxGuardian system can determine whether a patient is complying with the prescribed dosages of pain medication. Ameritox has refused to halt its false and misleading advertisments despite Millennium's demand that it do so. Plaintiff Millennium therefore brings this action seeking preliminary and permanent injunctive relief and damages for unfair and deceptive trade practices under federal law, 15 U.S.C. § 1125.

LOL! Now you will have to prove your smoke and mirror RxGuardian is not the crock it really is. Good luck, you'll need it, as you do not have hard science to defend you.

Hey boss do your research.....I did! He sued his nephew because he opened up a lab to rival him. His nephew stole every idea, business model and technology while he was with millennium to start Avee.....also Calloway started this way....these guys worked with what seems to be the best lab and go off and try and copy them. As far as suing everyone.....each lab does it. Millennium is being sued right now but has never been convicted of anything like Ameritox or Aegis!!!


They are also the only lab with a research institue! I was a patient of a doc that used them and the reps were so nice and helpful. I have never been hasseled for a bill like I did with Ameritox!

I was fired about a year ago from Randox and have heard they are planning to add reps in the next few months. a word to the wise, do not join this company, very low base, terrible comp package, and a management team that could care less. if you are planning to do any sort of lab sales stay away from this company.

Stay away of which company, Millennium or Ameritox?
 






Rx Guardian is such a joke, I used to sell it and the company told me not to get into much of a discussion with the doctors if they had questions on the science behind Rx Guardian! That was a lot of confidence reassurance... makes me sick that I ever worked for this POS.
 






With the state of the US debt, how much longer do you think the government and insurance companies will continue to pay for these POC and confirmations test at the rate they are currently paying?
 






So who is the best POL drug company out there? My office has patients complaining about the ridiculous billing of these confirmation test. We are shopping for a new company. Who is the best?
