To say someone from Lexington was not ethical is like saying snow is cold. He was in way over his head and let the likes of Mike S Tim H and then Par H shape what was a ridiculous commercial launch plan.
He was nowhere near the level of ethics, or lack thereof, displayed by the likes of David A and Brian P. issuing more stock on tha back of inflated sales results. Chairman Mike N too.
Still shocked the S E C never came knocking.

Mike is one of the finest, most upstanding, decent people I've ever had the pleasure to work with in this Industry. Anyone who posts anything differently is: A) uniformed B) purposefully mean-spirited C) just plain wrong.
