Maybe they needed a sacraficed for how poorly the Entyvio Pen launch went.
Maybe he got bored demolishing the GIBU culture even though GB will continue that.
Who knows honestly? Just be ready for the beatings to continue until morale improves.

Morale is not improving!!!! RG and GB buried this division. When only 3 people hit 25% of their 100% goal that is a problem. Goals way overstated, no coverage at the time and RG is shouting from the stage people will make 60k. Top reps aren't even making full bonus! GB says they aren't giving money away. He is right! He is stealing it by not paying. CD launch is going nowhere. Reps are leaving, interviewIng daily and are unmotivated. They have been screwed over for 4 straight semesters. Goal setting is ridiculous. You want results when you treat reps like that??? Good luck with your launch Takeda! You did it to yourself.
