Can SOMEONE please give us an explanation about the DDD pharmacies? Ask 3 managers about it and you'll get 3 different answers. Why are we magically finding out about all these "unclaimed" pharmacies in our territory that we had Rx's for, but were not getting credit? The company was sure getting paid. Is everyone getting the same direction across the company about what to do? Why are they having problems with goals and reporting all of a sudden? When we go to market share goals, how are we impacted by adding these? Is it even a good idea to bring on all that volume?
Just another example of info dribbling out to reps instead of speaking to everyone about what's going on and hoping no one notices. It's our paycheck and rank and the company should at least do a little communicating.
