Mid-Atantic NAM posting

Nothing against the managers but it seems that corporate is following the same routine by placing managers in the NAM positions. Our managers have no experience or idea how managed care works. So I wouldn’t expect any changes on formulary status. I do admire the loyalty though.

Well why don't you step in and tell the company what decisions it should be making. SUPER REP to the rescue! Interesting how you know what other people know or don't know. You have a gift too bad you're just a rep who will never amount to anything more. Maybe we shouldn't be promoting reps into manager spots either because according to this forum the managers suck and 80% of them were former reps. Even better we need to sniff out the complaininers like you and give you a swift kick right out the door.

I agree with the former poster. There is no training for anyone, no LDR so people are not ready to be DMs and no specific manage care training. So same thing as before, there will be no positive changes.
