Lay off him. It's not his fault he was given a position of leadership when he can't lead. I can't lead either but I would love to be a VP of sales. I'm not sure I'd do much better though.

The blame is all on Geri and Bill, both of whom are completely incompetent at their jobs and both of whom who gave their friends position of power. Or maybe Julie, since she is responsible for recruiting and firing. If any of the leaders of this company were accountable in the least, none of the leaders would still be here.

So lay off of Blake. He's simply doing the best he can with the limited talent he possesses.

All right everyone. I must confess, even though I grew up in Michigan and do love Michigan football, Ohio State is the best team in the conference. The are so dominant we haven't been able to beat them in 10 years and probably won't for another ten.
