Did anyone see the sales director email. "Don't bother calling in". Totally condescending and unprofessional. The call was basic info but a good refresher. And kept it short. Not bad call at all. But then to get blasted for not asking questions. Unbelievable. Perhaps she should have understood that people using the iPads to participate could not ask questions. Which if she was paying attention she would have heard the presenter say. Does not mean we were calling in and just not listening. Total micro management and completely condescending. A word of advice to management here. You actually have people that are working hard here. Assume your people are engaged. Don't assume they are not. And don't send area wide messages that are condescending. Holy crap. Get this under control. This behavior is typical from the sender and should be reigned in from senior leadership.
