Metabolics Pathway to acknowledge call

Did anyone see the sales director email. "Don't bother calling in". Totally condescending and unprofessional. The call was basic info but a good refresher. And kept it short. Not bad call at all. But then to get blasted for not asking questions. Unbelievable. Perhaps she should have understood that people using the iPads to participate could not ask questions. Which if she was paying attention she would have heard the presenter say. Does not mean we were calling in and just not listening. Total micro management and completely condescending. A word of advice to management here. You actually have people that are working hard here. Assume your people are engaged. Don't assume they are not. And don't send area wide messages that are condescending. Holy crap. Get this under control. This behavior is typical from the sender and should be reigned in from senior leadership.
 








I saw that. If she was paying attention she would have known our next call is not next Friday but this Monday with option 2 being next Friday. My "ask" guys is that we pay attention, these calls are valuable. And I'm not tracking but 100% of our area leadership has no clue what's going on

More positive news! This should make our stock double.
 




What's ironic is with the buy of shire the Metabolics team has had a morale boost with the potential of extending the life of the franchise. But the area director continues to crush morale. Stop the madness. This leader needs to be muffled at the least. And best case have Michael take over her group. His area is highly motivated and energized. Someone in leadership surely recognizes this

Those Solvay people are unbelievably naïve. That Androgel is in a total death spiral and they are complaining about those terrible, mean managers? LOL. They don't even realize how lucky they are to have not been reduced by 50% or more a long time ago. The reps will be just utterly amazed when they do finally get cut and wonder wtf happened.
Only safe(ish) harbor now in Abbvie is Humira for another year and HCV for probably alittle longer unless the numbers come in better then expected. You guys in Metland better find another home SOON!

They don't even realize how lucky they are to have not been reduced by 50% or more a long time ago. The reps will be just utterly amazed when they do finally get cut and wonder wtf happened.

JH's unwavering commitment to protecting legacy Solvay team has allowed the least talented representatives and DMs to remain in Metabolics, while the talented and hard-working folks have moved on to others areas of the company. Accountability does not exist in JH's organization.

The "legacy" is a franchise dominated by excessive meetings, poor work-ethic, and horrible selling skills. He should "challenge" his people to work a full day. The only reason this pisses you off is you know it is valid.
 




When your flagship franchise earns half of its previous year, how long is your flight line. Jimmy is focused on him, not you.

Change is coming, but be wary of what you ask for.
 




Really, well watch as we continue to run this company and JH rocks.

Sadly JH nor the rest of his team can hide from the reality of the numbers. Androgel has been on a death spiral for some time now and it has aleady been communicated externally to analysts that it is expected to continue this slide. Bad press on testosterone risk, generic competition, whatever the cause(s), its going down fast,
No one in this company is immune from sales results. It wont be long now and this sales force will be going the way of cardiocare.
