I have a great idea. While Metabolics is facing markets challenges. Instead of letting field sell and respond. Lets have 3 kpi lists. A spiff list. Then say call plan is the word of God. Spend two days doing CPA. Then change list. Then re enter kpi's in irep. Then have a meeting about it. Then have two conference calls. Then have district follow up calls. Then have reps do a business plan update to rms. then sometime after June deal with reality. Who's running this show. Promote me. Let the field sell. Good management knows when to manage and also knows how to get out of the way.
