Sounds like a bottom performing manager. No one is ungrateful here, the reps spent 18 months working hard then half getting fired or leaving.

You missed the point. Anyway reps are hopeful for Omaha. The reps that PRODUCED all the revenue for the company would like a little UPDATE. That is all. District managers don’t produce the revenue.

they just stand there with their pom poms and high kicks, but unfortunately they’re just as in the dark as the reps are. Their enthusiasm and smiles are a facade for their own independent fears in this predicament. And don’t even get me started on the regional managers who like to pretend they’re in on it with the upper management but are ALSO equally in the dark.
