4.5 and been on COE Winner report all year. Ranges need published for sake of transparency to keep some managers from padding their buddy’s pockets and having true merit discussions.
Goes along with barely making 10k each POA yet blowing goals out even during the shit show supply issue we’ve dealt with night and day while HO wonders what’s on the menu for lunch and should they send bogus updates at 4:55 or 5:00.

Maybe we will get a nice Christmas Gift since Doug loves to tell us every chance he gets how we’ve had the best year ever! People been saying for years “Novo Nordisk always does the right thing” so maybe our gift is in route to Aspire or Amazon? After all, let’s not forget employee satisfaction/retention is paramount and without us in the trenches it could have never be accomplished.
Truly hope you tenured folks are right and they do the right thing and all this record performance, our people matter and commensurate compensation to effort isn’t smoke and mirrors for Denmark.
