Merging into AMS

Yep. Lithotripsy, Laser Treatments, Cryotherapy and AMS BPH Greenlight will merge together (Healthtronics management stays the same in this area - bascially adding Greenlight to the bag).

IT Solutions, Lab Solutions, and Equipment Services will be moved into Endo Pharma Urology (since it is the same physician base).

Upper management will be moved into the newly create Regional VP Urology positions within AMS.

Marketing will be merged together since AMS' marketing has numerous vacancies.
