Merger

The wound care business would be spun off. Stryker has NO interest in the wound care business as it doesn't for their existing portfolio. I could be completely wrong in my assumption so before any of you ass clowns hammer me for my opinion, please explain why Stryker would choose to keep a division that is a liability?

By "spun off" do you mean sold off to another company or just dissolved ?

I don't see the wound care division being dissolved completely. Whether people will admit it or not, PICO is a great product that doctors and nurses are starting to adopt. If they could get their shit together on NPWT, they do provide another alternative to the KCI scumbags. I could see them getting sold to a group of investors OR being sold to another wound care company. If the latter happens, frenchie and Brad Adams would hopefully be canned which would make me a happy boy. The same goes for Advanced Wound Care. Allevyn is too profitable to completely get rid of.
